How to sign up
To register your child’s position, you will need to complete a few simple steps. Begin by filling out the online registration form with your child’s details, followed by reviewing and signing the required ethics form. You will then be asked to upload a recent photo of your child for identification purposes. Finally, download the information kit, which contains all the important details you’ll need to prepare for the camp. Once these steps are complete, you’ll be ready to secure your child’s place—start your registration below.

We have looked and there is no great pick-up location on campus. Sorry.
You need to come inside and sign out your child. Only the person who is listed as registered can pick up their child. Please register both parents, just in case.
After Camp Activities
Curiosity is where the magic begins—it’s the spark that gets ideas flowing and imaginations running wild. When children are encouraged to ask “what if?” and “why not?”, they unlock a world of creative possibilities. In the after camp activities kids are encouraged to embrace their curiousity and push beyond into a new dimension of discovery. Learn more about our after camp activities here.

Do I Need to sign the ethics form to send my kid?
No
Why do we need to upload a photo?
We use the photo of your child to ensure their safety and security. In the case of an emergency we will share the photo with our security team at the university so that we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Photos will be stored on the University of Canberra server, inside a double secure system, and will only be used for the purpose of identification.
Does someone on site have first aid qualifications?

We try our best, but can not guarantee what is on campus/ kids may be in contact with. Please indicate any allergy concerns in the relevant field on the registration form.
What do I do in the case of an emergency?
Call the OPS office (phone number and they will find the Discover-E Camp on campus for you)
Important to note:
- You need to come inside and sign out your child. Only the person who is listed as registered can pick up their child. Please register both parents, just in case.
- You cannot remove your child without signing them out.
- Children need to be collected by 4pm, failure to do so will incur a $25 late pick up fee to cover the cost of extended supervision.
