Dr. Robin Ladwig
Lecturer Human Resources Management
Robin teaches and researches human resource management at the Canberra Business School, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Their PhD explores the work experiences and career development of trans and gender diverse individuals in relation to organisational structures and workplace culture in Australia. Robin’s research blends academic insight with practical application, including their time as a Diversity Advisor at the University of Canberra. With a background in gender studies, social work, nursing, and business, Robin brings a rich, interdisciplinary perspective to their work. They are passionate about advancing DEI, accessibility, belonging, and social justice particularly as these intersect with evolving workplace technologies.
