Professor Jennifer Loh (PhD, MAPs, CAHRI)
Professor of Management
Professor Jennifer Loh holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Queensland, Australia. She is a fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an active member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Academy of Management (AOM), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Jennifer currently serves as a Professor of Management at the University of Canberra. Her leadership roles have included Associate Dean Research (Higher Degree by Research) in the Faculty of Business, Government and Law, and as the Deputy Head of School for the Canberra Business School.
An internationally recognised expert in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, mental health and Cross-Cultural Management, Jennifer has received numerous national and international awards for her contributions to research and teaching. These include:
• Excellence in Teaching Award – Vice Chancellor’s Award
• Deputy Vice Chancellor’s Commendation for Unit Monitoring
• ASPIRE Award – City of Perth
• Dean’s Award for Research Excellence
• Emerald Literati Award (USA, 2019)
• Top-Cited Article (in 2021-2022) in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Human (USA)
Jennifer has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and book chapters focusing on toxic workplace behaviours, leadership, gender, psychological health and evidence-based management/psychological practices. Her scholarship continues to shape thought leadership and policy across both academic and practitioner communities worldwide.
